On the flip side, the G-Men committed 6 turnovers in an ugly loss to the Cowboys, despite out-gaining Dallas by 147 yards. Eli Manning is 19-12 SU at home in games off a loss, including 4-0 the last four tries. He is also 8-1-1 ATS as an Underdog of late. This angle seals the deal. The Broncos will be without their three best defensive players against the pass in this game. The Ravens are extremely motivated as they are getting no respect. This is the largest spread ever for a defending Super Bowl Champion in their opening game. The Ravens pass rush will be much improved and former Bronco Elvis Dumervil will be pumped up going against his former team. They should get to Manning and cause enough distress to keep this game close.

After allowing 44 points to Buffalo in the opener, the Colts were able to bounce back last week against the Giants. That game was played on Sunday, meaning its a short week for the team. Meanwhile, Cleveland has not played since last Thursday and first year head coach Rob Chudzinski wants to win in the preseason. The extra two days should benefit this hungry Browns squad.


There is also a very strong angle going in this matchup that cashes at a 75% clip. Underdogs off back-to-back wins in the preseason are 30-10 ATS since 1993. Take the Browns!

The Bengals are 5-2 SU in Week 2 of the Preseason under Marvin Lewis the last 7 seasons. He has always taken Week 2 more seriously than other head coaches and the Bengals have one of the best QB rotations right now. Look for a big effort from the Bengals in their last home game of August.

The Dolphins are running the same system for the second straight season, while the Cowboys are installing a brand new offense and defense. Miami has a solid QB rotation with Matt Moore and Pat Devlin taking over after Ryan Tannehill sees action. Dallas has some issues on the offensive line and I know for a fact that Miami is taking this game more seriously than Dallas. Take the fish!

The Grizzlies have not been able to play good basketball in overtime against the Spurs. Otherwise, they have been right there. I look for this team to play great at home in game four. The Spurs will not be playing with a sense of urgency, unlike the home team. Mike Conley and Zach Randolph shot 16-for-35 in the last game and should shoot better tonight. It's very hard to defeat the same team 4 straight times in just eight days. Memphis wins by 7!

I would expect a major improvement in every aspect of the game by the Grizzlies. The Spurs are an older team at some key spots, and the longer the series goes the tougher it will be for them. I like Memphis to keep this one very close.

I like the Pacers to bounce back at home after getting blown out on the road at MSG. I look for the Pacers defense to come up big in the final quarter.

5*Golden State


The Warriors should bounce back at home, and will get the benefit of the calls thanks to what happened to Steph Curry in Denver. Mark Jackson's comments through the media was brilliant and should fire up his team.

The Rockets should be fired up in this first game with James Harden returning to OKC. This will be an entertaning game but closer than most people think.

Take the points in this first game. The Warriors have been great this season when playing with rest. The Altitude should not be a problem in game one.
