Taking the RAVENS. Uh. I was dead wrong last week about this spot. I had the Niners doing what the Ravens did to them. Now I have the world on my Baltimore is the best in the AFC wagon. The good news is that looks like Waddle is out. Better news is that Miami gets crushed on the road vs good teams. 48-20 at Buffalo. 31-17 at Philly. Healthy Chargers put up 34 on them. Ravens can score people. 7 games 31 or more. Plus we have a 28-27 in there. Twice they couldn't get to 20. And 3 times total not scoring at least 24. So 7 of last 9 games 31 or more. Now I get a fat and happy bunch on the road against a team, that was fat and happy and playing like world beaters when they hit the road. Well, back to back losses to the Bills and Miami and this game takes on a new meaning. Getting manhandled in Buffalo. Losing the way they did in Miami. Time for a gut check in Dallas. A team celebrating a 30 year drought 1993 last Division title! 4th road game in 5 games. 16-0 and 13-3 ATS run for Dallas at home. Outscoring opponents by 170 points.  Taking the BROWNS. Oh the irony of Joe Flacco taking it to the Jets on a Thursday night game! Guy spent 3 years with the Jets and it forced him into retirement! Now the old cat has chucked for over 300 years in 3 of his 4 starts and 368 -374 his last 2. Somehow the Jets turn a 27-7 halftime lead into a 30-28 win with a FG with 5 seconds left in the game. That my friends, is NY Jets football. Jets rebound from getting eliminated from the playoffs, by winning a game they should have just lost. Well, draft pick season starts again on Thursday night. Browns at home for hte most part have been monsters on defense. 3 points to Cincy, 3 to Tennessee 17 to San Fran. Shutout Arizona. 10 to the Steelers. 17 to the Bears.Beat the Jags here 31-27 and lost to Ravens 28-3. Jets aren't those teams. Jets are a team that loses 5 straight, then pulls a miracle 30-6 blowout win over the Texans. Promptly get assaulted in South Beach 30-0, then blow a 20pt lead to a team that is worse then they are.  Taking KANSAS. A pair of teams hungry for a bowl win. Kansas has to go back to 2008 and UNLV to 2000 for their last bowl victories. Give me the Jayhawks here. A little more experience at QB. I think we see some heavy offense though, so I also like the OVER. I know that UNLV has been great going 10-3 ATS on the year. But stepping up their last 2 games, they have fallen short. 44-20, 37-31. With 4 INTs in the last 3 games, Maiava of UNLV will be the deciding factor for me to lay the double digits here. 4* Money Maker KANSAS

Taking BOWLING GREEN. Grabbing whatever points I can in this game. BGs 7-5 on the year with a nice upset as 20pt dogs to bowl winner Georgia Tech. Falcons also go 5-1 down the stretch. Minnesota backs in with a 5-7 record. They lost to in 2021 14-10 as 30 point favorites! The only QB to complete a pass on the season for the Gophers is out. Can't really hurt considering they have scored more than 14 points in just HALF of their games. But I can't trust a team like that. Taking the NINERS here. I liked them when I thought Baltimore was going to lose on the road last week at Jacksonville. So I love them coming in off a win. Look. I have said for the last month I think these 2 teams are meeting in the Super Bowl. Only thing going to stop that would be Buffalo really going on a run, which, might still happen. But here on Christmas, I think it is San Fran in beat down fashion. Niners defense is superior. Lamar will be running for his life. Grab some Over Rushing Props on the guy. I don't the Ravens defense can slow this bunch down. I think San Fran is a TD better than any team in the league right now. Sure - bring up a 3 game slide when they were missing their 2 best offensive pieces. When this team has their RB + WR lined up, watch out. It is surgical. Taking the BEARS. We said to fade Chicago last week off that big win over the Lions. It wasn't easy, but the Browns got it done. This is the spot we wanted to jump on the Bears. At home. Christmas Eve. Late afternoon vs the team from Arizona. Are you kidding me? I am not a huge Fields lover, but I think this is a blow-out win for Chicago. I understand not wanting to be the Bears as a favorite. When is the last time they were favored more than a FG? I get it. But 3 straight home wins. Last week they nearly pulled off a Hail Mary win. They lost to Detroit 31-26 on a TD with 30 seconds left. They lost to the Saints 24-17, a game tied at 17. Fact is the last 2 months the Bears have been a tough team. Arizona has dropped 3 of 4. Somehow scored a win at Pittsburgh. A last second FG to beat the Falcons. This team could be 1-9 their last 10 because they did beat the Steelers 24-10 as 6pt dogs. Their lone road win sitting at 1-6. Bears defense should be able to continue their turnovers vs Murray who tossed 2 last week and has 4 in his 5 games (just 5 TD passes). 4* Money Maker CHICAGO  BEARS

Taking TAMPA. Oh our Bucs. Cashed the Over 6.5 win ticket. Sitting on 10-1 win the South ticket. WE get a banged up Jags team today. Jaguars look impressive with that 6-1 road record - 2 of those were in England where they always play. They are reeling having dropped 3 in a row. Might not make the playoffs. Tampa on the other side of that road with 3 straight wins. Baker is a good game manager. He has Evans at WR who is great. His RB White has been having a super year. Not only running the ball, but also in the pass catching game. The defense does enough to keep the team right in the thick of it. Taking SAN JOSE STATE. 6 straight wins for the Spartans. QB from Hawaii. Have been here, not a crazy trip to the islands. Coastal coming from something like 5 thousand miles away. QB says he wants to hit the portal. Will he play or not? Who the heck knows. Kid on UTSA decides an hour before kick to not play. Ridiculous. No matter though. Shocked the line is now 14? Of course not. We said on Mid Day Money Friday and Saturday and Sunday - get on Buffalo now! Buffalo getting hot at the right time. I understand those wanting to look at a flat spot after beating KC and Dallas. But there is zero margin for error here for Buffalo. Taking AIR FORCE. Should have our QB back. And, as always, no opt outs for the service academies. These kids are dedicated. Madison couldn't play in their championship even going 11-1. They get a bowl bid because there weren't enough bowl eligible teams. But when your coach and his coordinators leave, and a bunch of players including your QB opt out, are you really motivated to be playing in a bowl. My picks are up days in advance. Heck. I had UTSA laying 12.5 and their 10th year or whatever QB, the guy who literally final bowls game are made for, decides an hour before kickoff he is out.  Taking TROY. Will always lean to the small conference laying a TD to a big school. In this case, Duke isn't the sexiest of Big Brother Foes, but an ACC takedown will do. Duke comes in with their coach heading back to his old club (A&M). Other coaches out the door. Their QB who had been hurt, bags packed and on the road already. This team started 4-0, ranked #17 in the country - has now lost 5 of their last 8. I read that upwards of 10 starts from both sides of the ball are out for Duke. Wow. I know we can't always believe what we hear during bowl season, especially now in the NIL Era. But I am on the little guys here. 4* Money Maker TROY

Taking the RAMS here. Both teams sitting at 7-7. We can say the Saints have been dogs 3 times. But 2 of those games were 1 and 1.5. The other was 3.5 opener vs the Lions. Lions are the best team they played and were down 24-7 before the Lions defense showed up and 33-21 is 33-28. The game wasn't that close. Rams have no reeled off wins in 4 of their last 5. Probably should be 5 in a row that OT loss at Baltimore. Also losses to Dallas San Fran and Philly. Much tougher schedule. Stats Padford, I mean Matt STATSford has been on a tear the last 4 games with LA putting up 33ppg. I can't see New Orleans keeping pace here even in a good outdoor weather. They put 15 in Atlanta. 19 at Minny. 13 at Houston. Colts + Patriots in the 30s. Not buying this team vs a legit playoff team. 4* Money Maker LA RAMS
