08-24-17 | Red Sox v. Indians +1.5 | 6-13 | Win | 100 | 8 h 35 m | Show
Cleveland +1.5 The Indians grab a nice price on this RL and have value here. The offense has been stifled the past two nights by Boston pitching, but don't sleep on this team here against Chris Sale. The Indians rocked him already once this season and have gotten to him a majority of times in their career. Sale enters play 5-7 with a 4.44 ERA against the Tribe as its been one team that he just can't figure out. Trevor Bauer counters and he is in the midst of his best pitching streak this season. Look for him to really buckle down as he flourishes in the role of stepping up when his team needs him. At just -120 juice on grabbing 1.5 with Cleveland, there is value to have. Back Cleveland RL. 8* Cappers Club Power Play. Good Luck, Cappers Club. |

08-20-17 | A's v. Astros -1.5 | 3-2 | Loss | -105 | 15 h 7 m | Show
Astros -1.5 The Houston Astros and the Oakland Athletics finish off their series on Sunday afternoon, and with such a big mismatch in this game the Astros have a ton of value at -1.5. On the mound for the Astros is Brad Peacock who has been dominant this year. He comes into this game with a 10-1 record and an ERA of 3.30. He has given up two runs or less in seven of his last ten games, so I would expect him to really shut down the Athletics in this game. On the mound for the Athletics is Jharel Cotton who hasn't lived up to expectations this year. In his last two starts he has gone six innings and given up eight his and six runs in each of those games. He is facing an Astros team that should have no issue teeing off on him early and often. Some trends to note. Athletics are 1-5 in their last 6 vs. a team with a winning record. Astros are 8-1 in Peacocks last 9 starts. This game is going to be a blowout. Back the Astros. 8* Cappers Club Power Play on Astros -1.5 Good Luck, Cappers Club. |

08-19-17 | Broncos +3 v. 49ers | 33-14 | Win | 100 | 13 h 40 m | Show
Broncos +3 The Denver Broncos and the San Francisco 49ers face off on Saturday night, and with the Broncos as underdogs they have a lot of value in this one. The Broncos are in a middle of an intense quarterback battle, and I think that will really bring out the best in both of the guys. I think Paxton Lynch and Trevor Sieman will take advantage of a 49ers defense that is still a few years out from really competing. The 49ers quarterback play was good in week one but this Denver Broncos defense is a whole new animal in week two. I think they will struggle early against the Broncos strong defense and that will allow the Broncos to build up an early lead. Some trends to note. Broncos are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 Saturday games. 49ers are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 home games. 8* Cappers Club Power Play on Broncos ML Good Luck, Cappers Club. |
