04-23-16 | Clippers v. Blazers | 88-96 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 17 m | Show
Take Los Angeles. This is my Slam Dunk. Game 551. 7:35 pm pst. LA's bench has been a major reason why the Clippers have a 2-0 lead in this series. But even more of a factor is the superior backcourt of Paul and Redick over counterparts, Lillard and McCollum. Los Angeles has taken the L5 in this series SU, going 4-1 ATS. Portland is 5-19-2 ATS their L26 Conf QF games. Take the Clippers. Thank you. |
04-23-16 | Heat +2 v. Hornets | Top | 80-96 | Loss | -103 | 24 h 19 m | Show |
Take Miami. This is my TEN DIMES PLAY. Game 547. 2:35 pm pst. Miami has exploded, taking Games 1 and 2 by an average of 17 PPG behind Dwyane Wade and an offense hitting 57.7% from the floor. Charlotte just can’t keep pace and now that one of their top-scorers, Guard, Nicolas Batum is out with a foot injury, the line should be a pick ‘em. So take the points with a Heat team that has covered 8 of the L10 in Charlotte.Thank you. |
04-22-16 | Spurs -11.5 v. Grizzlies | 96-87 | Loss | -108 | 13 h 41 m | Show
Take San Antonio. Game 543. 6:35 pm pst. San Antonio has decimated Memphis, winning and covering the first two games of this series by an average of 29 PPG, while holding the Grizzlies to a mere, 71 PPG. The Spurs have now taken the L7 SU, going 6-1 ATS over Memphis, who has failed to cover 8 of their L11 overall. Take San Antonio. Thank you. |
04-22-16 | Cavs -4.5 v. Pistons | 101-91 | Win | 100 | 11 h 43 m | Show
Take Cleveland. Game 539. 4:05 pm pst. Detroit plays a physical game and contends on the boards but they have tired. Their poor FT shooting has hurt the team. With a very short line here, we must side with a Cleveland team, who are looking to end this series quickly and get some R&R before the next round. The Road Team is 4-1 ATS the L5 meetings in this series. The Cavs are 16-7 ATS their L23 Conf QF games while the Pistons are 1-5 ATS their L6 Conf QF games. Take Cleveland. Thank you. |
04-21-16 | Warriors -5 v. Rockets | Top | 96-97 | Loss | -105 | 11 h 39 m | Show |
Take Golden State. This is my Rd 1 Game of the Year. Game 537. 6:35 pm pst. Stephen Curry is listed as doubtful (ankle) today and with a 2-game cushion, he is most-likely sitting tonight. hence the low number. The combination of Golden State's depth and the fact that Houston has committed 43 TO's through the first two games, has been fatal for the Rockets. The Warriors have won all 5 meetings this year and with or without Curry will win and cover tonight to give the team more of a cushion should their star-player need more rest. Golden State is 5-1 ATS the L6 at Houston. Take the warriors. Thank you. |
04-21-16 | Nationals -1.5 v. Marlins | 1-5 | Loss | -105 | 2 h 21 m | Show
Take Washington on the RUN LINE. This is my Run Line Game of the Week. Game 901. 10:10 am pst. Washington continues to win due to a combination of the League's #1 pitching staff and a lineup led by Bryce Harper. They send Max Scherzer to the bump. The RH is 2-0 with a 3.15 mark on the season and was 3-1 vs. Miami last season, with an ERA of 2.75. The Marlins give Tom Koehler the nod. The RH is 0-2 with a whopping, 6.30 ERA this year and is 3-7 in 10 career starts vs. the Nationals, surrendering 12 HR's in 60 2/3 IP. Washington has taken 7 of the L10 meetings in this series by an average of 4.28 RPG. Take the Nationals on the RUN LINE. Thank you. |
04-20-16 | Pistons +10.5 v. Cavs | 90-107 | Loss | -115 | 9 h 37 m | Show
Take Detroit. Game 529. 5:05 pm pst. Andre Drummond and the physical, Detroit Pistons are much stronger on the boards and will keep this game competitive to the end. The Cavaliers are 1-4 ATS the L5 meetings in this series. Take the Pistons. Thank you. |
04-20-16 | Hornets v. Heat -4.5 | 103-115 | Win | 100 | 8 h 44 m | Show
Take Miami. Game 528. 4:05 pm pst. From the coaching staff down to the bench players, Miami has way too much post-season experience for any team, let alone a Charlotte squad that has virtually none. The mismatch on the boards will once again be fatal for Charlotte. The Hornets are 7-15-1 ATS the L23 meetings on this series. Take the Heat. Thank you. |
04-19-16 | Celtics +6.5 v. Hawks | 72-89 | Loss | -103 | 8 h 44 m | Show
Take Boston. This is my Beyond the Arc play. Game 523. 4:05 pm pst. Boston came back from a 19-point deficit to lose, 102-101 in Game 1. The Celtics shot just 36.3% but out-rebounded the Hawks, 53-50 in the series opener. The Green & White will not shoot as poorly here and keep this game very competitive throughout. Take Boston. thank you. |
04-18-16 | Mavs v. Thunder -13 | 85-84 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 38 m | Show
Take Oklahoma City. This is my Fast Break Winner. Game 520. 5:05 pm pst. Oklahoma City has the #1 offensive and #2 defensive rebounding squad in the NBA. They owned the boards in Game 1, 56-33. They will once again win this battle and cover the spread. The Thunder have taken all 5 meetings over the Mavs this season, by an average of 15.2 PPG and this contest won't be any different. Dallas is 1-6 ATS their L7 Conference QF games. Take Oklahoma City. Thank you. |
04-17-16 | Pistons +11 v. Cavs | Top | 101-106 | Win | 100 | 44 h 8 m | Show |
Take Detroit. This is my Beyond The Arc play. Game 509. 12:05 This is the #1 seed vs. the #8 seed. Having said that, Detroit has been a thorn in Cleveland's side for a while, winning and covering 3 of 4 meetings this season. They are a big, strong, physical team that will take the boards in this opener. The Pistons are 13-6 ATS their L19 meetings with the Cavaliers. Take Detroit. Thank you. |
04-16-16 | Mavs +12 v. Thunder | 70-108 | Loss | -108 | 27 h 50 m | Show
Take Dallas. This is my Sure Shot play. Game 507. 6:35 pm pst. Oklahoma City might be 32-9 at home and the #3 seed but are seriously overvalued by oddsmakers, especially against a veteran, Dallas team that is 19-7-1 ATS the L27 games in Oklahoma City. The Mavs come in here red-hot, winning 7 of their L9 SU, going 6-3 ATSZ. they are well-balanced on both sides of the court and have the intelligence and savvy to compete here. They are 8-2 ATS their L10 on the road and 8-3 ATS their L11 vs. the Western Conference. Take Dallas. Thank you. |
04-16-16 | Celtics +5.5 v. Hawks | 101-102 | Win | 100 | 24 h 22 m | Show
Take Boston. This is my Fast Break play. Game 505. 4:05 pm pst. Boston fought to finish tied with Miami and Atlanta, ending the regular season at 48-34. The Celtics took the first meeting over the Hawks but then dropped the next three. However, Atlanta is known to implode come the post-season. They failed to cover 6 of their L8 and lack the physicality to contend on the boards here. The Hawks are 2-6 ATS their L8 Conference QF games. Take the Celtics. Thank you. |
04-16-16 | Pacers v. Raptors -6.5 | 100-90 | Loss | -102 | 18 h 54 m | Show
Take Toronto. This is my Best Bet play. Game 502. 9:35 am pst. Toronto has had Indiana's number, winning and covering 3 of their L4 meetings this year, and winning 8 of the overall L9 SU, and going 9-1 ATS the L10. On top of that, the Raptors compiled a 32-9 SU (23-18 ATS) home record this season. They won their L4 regular season games and are healthy. Indiana overachieved, has problems on the road, and has to once again deal with Paul George's injuries (expected to play). The Pacers are 19-40 ATS the L59 games vs. the Raptors. Take Toronto. Thank you. |
04-13-16 | Braves v. Nationals -1.5 | 0-3 | Win | 104 | 8 h 5 m | Show
Take Washington on the RUN LINE. This is my Grand Slam play. Game 904. 4:05 pm pst. Two teams going in opposite directions as Washington is 5-1 and Atlanta is 0-7. The Nationals have taken all 4 meetings this year and 8 of the L10 going back to last year, by an average of 2.75 RPG. Bryce Harper is leading the way on offense and the team sends Stephen Strasburg to the mound. The RH is 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA TY and 27-17 in 70 home starts, with a 2.65 mark, in his career. Atlanta is putting up a mere, 3.14 RPG while their pitching staff has a Team ERA of 6.10 and give Matt Wisler the nod. The RH has already gotten hit, sporting a 5.40 ERA. The Braves are 6-20 the L26 in this series. Take Washington on the RUN LINE. Thank you. |
04-06-16 | Nationals -1.5 v. Braves | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 8 h 22 m | Show
Take Washington on the RUN LINE over Atlanta. This is my NL EAST Game of the Week. Washington returns a pennant-contending team again as Atlanta is (along with Philly) the longest shot on the NL board. The Nationals took Game 1 to bring them 6 wins in the L8 meetings over their NL East rivals, by an average of 5.16 RPG. Stephen Strasburg makes his first start of the season. The RH was 11-7 with 3.46 ERA in 2015. he goes up against RH, Bud Norris who owned a 3-11, 6.72 record last year and went 1-3 with a 6.46 mark in 6 Spring starts. The Nats are 19-7 the L26 meetings vs. the Braves, 4-1 their L5 vs. LH starters, and 4-1 in Strasburgs L5 starts vs. the Braves. The Braves are 2-7 their L9 vs. the NL East, 5-16 their L21 in Game 2 of a series, and 16-36 their L52 overall. Take Washington on the RUN LINE. Thank you. |
04-04-16 | Villanova v. North Carolina -2.5 | 77-74 | Loss | -109 | 25 h 25 m | Show
Take North Carolina. Game 608. 6:20 pm pst. Yes, Villanova has won and covered all 5 NCAA Tourney games. Yes, they ousted Kansas as an underdog. And, yes, they blew up Oklahoma by 44 points on Saturday. But looking closely. we see some problems for the Wildcats here. North Carolina is on a 10-game SU win streak, has won all 8 of their post-season games, going 7-1 ATS, winning all but 1 by DD's. Back to the problems. Villanova is very thin in their frontcourt, a place where North Carolina is extremely deep. Not only that, but the Wildcats two biggest frontline players, Jenkins and Ochefu played well above their seasonal averages in playing time on Saturday while of the Tar Heels four starting Forward's, only one played a little over his average with the other three actually playing less. Issue #2, Villanova is not a great rebounding team and didn't go up against many solid rebounding foes in Tourney action and outrebounded all opponents except Kansas , who eked out two more boards. UNC is one of the best all-around rebounding squads in the nation and will not give Villanova too many 2nd chance shots while pulling down their own miscues. Issue #3, the Tar Heels are 12-0 SU and 9-2-1 ATS in neutral sites this season. The Wildcats are just 2-5 ATS their L7 vs. ACC opponents. Issue #4, Roy Williams watched as Jay Wright had Oklahoma figured out in the Final 4 as they made adjustments. On top of that, Williams will have his highly-intelligent boys prepared to defend the perimeter, where Villanova has hit 49% in the Tourney, forcing the 'Cats to either miss shots or take the ball inside. Either way, they play right into the 'Heels strengths. Take North Carolina. Thank you |
04-04-16 | Dodgers -1.5 v. Padres | Top | 15-0 | Win | 100 | 6 h 36 m | Show |
Tale Los Angeles on the RL. This is my Grand Slam. Game 957. 4:05 pm pst. Three-time Cy Young winner, Clayton Kershaw makes his 6th straight opening day start. The LH posted a 1.96 ERA in 6 Spring training starts and owns a 12-6 record with a 2.25 ERA in 27 career starts vs. San Diego. The Dodgers have won 5 straight season openers and have taken the L6 in this series by an average of 3.0 RPG. San Diego is a bottom tier team again this season, touted to win just 74 games. They send Tyson Ross to the bump. The RH was 10-12 in 2015 and 0-6 in career starts vs. LA. The Dodgers are 7-0 in Kershaws L7 starts vs. the Padres. Take Los Angeles on the RL. Thank you. |
04-03-16 | Mavs -2.5 v. Wolves | Top | 88-78 | Win | 100 | 13 h 4 m | Show |
Take Dallas. This is my NBA Game of the Week. Game 503. 12:35 pm pst. After dropping 10 of 12, Dallas made some adjustments and have now rattled off 3 straight wins. Minnesota just looks awful, going 1-3 SU and 0-4 ATS their L4, not looking to play spoiler at all. The now defense-minded, hungry for a playoff spot, Mavs get a big win here. They've taken the L6 in this series, covering 5, with wins and covers in all 3 meetings over the T-Wolves this season. Dallas is 6-1ATS their L7 road games and 5-1 ATS their L6 vs. the NBA NW. Take the Mavericks. Thank you. |
04-03-16 | Pelicans +6 v. Nets | 106-87 | Win | 100 | 11 h 43 m | Show
Take New Orleans. This is my Fast Break play. Game 501. 10:05 am pst. Despite injuries, New Orleans has utilized bench players of late and it has paid off, as the Pelicans have covered 3 in a row, beating the Knicks, hanging in with the Spurs, and devouring the Nuggets. Meanwhile, Brooklyn has dropped 4 straight and 7 of their L9 SU, crushing bettors, covering just 3 of those 9. Take New Orleans. Thank you. |
04-02-16 | Syracuse v. North Carolina -9 | 66-83 | Win | 100 | 10 h 8 m | Show
Take North Carolina. Game 814. 5:45 pm pst. North Carolina took both meetings this year over Syracuse. The Tar Heels have won their L8 SU, going 7-1 ATS, facing very stiff competition. The shoe drops on an Orange team that did lose 5 of their L6 coming into the Big Dance and had two lucky wins over Gonzaga and Virginia, who both suffered 2nd half meltdowns. The Tar heels are 5-0 ATS their L5 vs. the ACC. Take North Carolina. Thank you. |
04-02-16 | Pacers -10.5 v. 76ers | 115-102 | Win | 100 | 9 h 32 m | Show
Take Indiana. This is my BB play. Game 801. 4:35 pm pst. Philly is just 12-21 ATS this season as a home 'dog. Indy has taken 8 of the L9 SU in this series, covering the L4 in a row, including both this year holding Philadelphia to just 80 PPG in 2016. The 76ers are 3-8 ATS their L11 at home and 16-36 ATS their L52 vs. the Eastern Conference. Take the Pacers. Thank you. |
04-02-16 | Villanova v. Oklahoma +2.5 | Top | 95-51 | Loss | -106 | 7 h 26 m | Show |
Take Oklahoma. Game 812. 3:05 pm pst. These two teams match up almost evenly on both ends of the court except when shooting 3's, where Oklahoma has a huge advantage. Not only that but the Sooners have a real chemistry as shown in their Tourney wins over VCU, Texas A&M, and Oregon. Not to mention the best player on the court in Buddy Hield. Take Oklahoma. Thank you. |
03-29-16 | Rockets v. Cavs -2 | 106-100 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 6 m | Show
Take Cleveland. Game 770. 5:00 pm pst. Cleveland suffered an embarrassing loss at Brooklyn then bounced back to shred New York at the Garden. LeBron James is listed to be sitting this one out, hence the low number here. But Houston is cold, dropping into the #8 spot (6-9 both SU and ATS their L15) and outside of James Harden, don't have an offensive threat, and let's face it, their defense leaves a lot to be desired, ranking among the poorest in the League. The Home Team is 16-5 ATS the L21 meetings in this series. Take Cleveland. Thank you. |
03-29-16 | Nets +6.5 v. Magic | 105-139 | Loss | -100 | 7 h 4 m | Show
Take Brooklyn. This is my Sure Shot. Game 761. 4:05 pm pst. Orlando is a different team with Vucevic out of the lineup, dropping 10 of 13 SU, while Brooklyn has covered 3 of their L4, beating both Cleveland and Indiana outright. Center, Brook Lopez (20.8 PPG and 7.9 RPG) will go uncontested in the paint. Take Brooklyn. Thank you. |
03-28-16 | Towson v. Oakland -6 | 72-90 | Win | 100 | 10 h 17 m | Show
Take Oakland. This is my LVSM. Game 596. 6:00 pm pst. Oakland has a monster offense, averaging over 86.3 PPG. Not only are they led by the best player on the floor, Guard, Kahlil Felder (24.2 PPG), but this squad is deadly from the outside (39.6%) and the FT line (76.8%). While Towson has a strong defense, they just can't keep pace offensively in this matchup. The Tigers are 2-6 ATS their L8 non-Conference games and 0-5 ATS their L5 at neutral sites. The Golden Grizzlies are 5-0 ATS their L5 non-Conference games and 36-15-3 ATS their L54 overall. Take Oakland. Thank you. |
03-27-16 | Syracuse v. Virginia -7.5 | Top | 68-62 | Loss | -108 | 5 h 16 m | Show |
Take Virginia. Game 714. 3:05 pm pst. Virginia knows Syracuse very well, winning all three meetings in 2014, 2015, and 2016, holding the Orange to under 39% shooting in all three contests. The Cavs have the #2 defense in the nation, allowing only 59.8 PPG and their top-rebounding "D" (25.7 RPG) will be a major factor once again. They match up well against the Orange defense, as they are 49.3% shooting overall and 40.3% beyond the arc. The 'Cuse shoots a dismal, 69.1% from the FT line, should this game become a bit physical, which it looks like it measures up to be. Virginia is also 9-1 SU and 7-2-1 ATS on neutral sites this season, 5-1 ATS their L6 vs. the ACC, and 12-3-1 ATS their L16 overall. Take the Cavaliers. Thank you. |
03-25-16 | Indiana v. North Carolina -5 | 86-101 | Win | 100 | 8 h 44 m | Show
Take North Carolina. Game 870. 6:55 pm pst. This style matchup will be fatal for Indiana, as North Carolina can play a fast, up-tempo game just as well and have the big, tall frontcourt to take the boards while Indiana will have matchup problems on defense too. The fact that the Hoosiers beat the Wildcats shouldn't play a factor here as that matchup favored Indiana. The Tar Heels are on a 7-game winning streak (9 of their L10) with decisive victories over Miami, NC State, Syracuse, Duke, Pitt, Notre Dame, Virginia, Florida GC, and Providence. The Hoosiers are 2-5 ATS their L7 vs. the ACC while the Tar Heels are 5-1 ATS their L6 overall. Take UNC. Thank you. |
03-25-16 | Gonzaga -5 v. Syracuse | Top | 60-63 | Loss | -105 | 10 h 29 m | Show |
Take Gonzaga. This is my BEST BET. Game 875. 6:40 pm pst. You won't find a sharper-shooting team or a more-disciplined team in college basketball than Gonzaga. The Zips won and covered 7 straight and really blew out the Pirates and Utes in the first two rounds. Syracuse truly backed their way into the Big Dance and hasn't had to play a top-tier team yet, ousting Dayton and MTU. This is an Orange team that lost 5 of 6 going into this Tournament. Gonzaga is clearly better in every category, offensively, and believe it or not, is just as good as Syracuse, defensively, not to mention the better rebounders at both ends. Take Gonzaga. Thank you. |
03-24-16 | Duke +3 v. Oregon | 68-82 | Loss | -108 | 18 h 56 m | Show
Take Duke. This is my HR play. Game 815. 7:05 pm pst. Duke is by far the toughest team Oregon has had to face this season. Not only that but the Blue Devils have more overall experience and post-season experience than just about any team in college basketball. This is not a good matchup for the Ducks, who will have trouble both inside and out here. The Ducks are 0-4 ATS their L4 vs. the ACC while the Blue Devils are 7-1 ATS their L8 NCAA Tournament games. Take Duke. Thank you. |
03-24-16 | Maryland v. Kansas -6.5 | Top | 63-79 | Win | 100 | 18 h 33 m | Show |
Take Kansas. This is my Tourney GOY. Game 812. 6:40 pm pst. Kansas is a deep, high-octane, sharp-shooting team that is a cut above Maryland. Guard, Melo Trimble is good but will get frustrated as he will be defended by the menacing, DeVontae Graham just as Forward's, Ellis, Traylor, and Lucas will own the paint. Remember that KU has won 28 of their 32 victories this year by 6 or more points. The Jayhawks are 18-6 ATS their L24 non-Conference games, 8-1 ATS their L9 neutral site games, and 13-3 ATS their L16 games played overall. Take Kansas. Thank you. |
03-24-16 | Texas A&M +3 v. Oklahoma | 63-77 | Loss | -110 | 15 h 13 m | Show
Take Texas A&M. This is my LVSM. Game 817. 4:35 pm pst. Oklahoma can shoot the "3" but their frontcourt hasn't stepped-up at all and facing the talented, big men of Texas A&M will pose a problem for OU, not just in the paint but on the boards, where this game will be won. Oklahoma is 0-5 ATS their L5 non-Conference games and 1-7 ATS their L8 NCAA Tournament games. Texas A&M is 17-8-2 ATS their L27 games following an ATS loss and 6-2 ATS their L8 overall games. Take the Aggies. Thank you. |
03-20-16 | St. Joe's v. Oregon -6.5 | 64-69 | Loss | -106 | 10 h 50 m | Show
Take Oregon. This is my HR play. Game 728. 6:40 pm pst. Oregon is playing on another level, winning 9 in a row SU, while it looks like St. Joe's has had some luck getting here. The Ducks play tough on both ends of the floor and have three super star players in their frontcourt that will take over this game. The Ducks are 7-1 ATS their L8 NCAA Tourney games, 9-4 ATS their L13 neutral site games, and 5-1 ATS their L6 non-Conference games. Take Oregon. Thank you. |
03-20-16 | Wisconsin v. Xavier -4 | 66-63 | Loss | -114 | 9 h 43 m | Show
Take Xavier. This is my LVSM. Game 724. 5:40 pm pst. Xavier has been consistent all season long and average a whopping, 81.0 PPG, tops among remaining NCAA Tourney teams. Wiscy's offense is shaky at best. The Badgers won't be able to keep pace with 6 DD scorers of the Musketeers. The Badgers are 1-4 ATS their L5 neutral site games and 0-5 ATS their L5 vs. the Big East. The Musketeers are 8-1 ATS their L9 neutral site games and 13-3 ATS their L16 vs. the Big Ten. Take Xavier. Thank you. |
03-19-16 | Providence v. North Carolina -10 | 66-85 | Win | 100 | 11 h 47 m | Show
Take North Carolina. This is my HR. Game 526. 6:40 pm pst. This is basically a home game for UNC while Providence is outclassed as they are a 10-loss squad. The Tar Heels have won 28 straight NCAA Tourney games in the state of North Carolina and one thing Coach Roy Williams like to do is take no chances in Tourney play and will win big here. The Friars are 1-4 ATS their L5 NCAA Tourney games while the Tar Heels are 4-1 ATS their L5 overall. Take NC. Thank you. |
03-19-16 | Gonzaga v. Utah +1 | 82-59 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 34 m | Show
Take Utah. This is my UTR play. Game 534. 11:00 am pst. The oddsmakers are giving Gonzaga too much credit here as they face 7-footer, Jakob Poeltl, the PAC 12 Player of the Year. The Utes play a higher level of competition and have a bit more muscle here. The Bulldogs can shoot from the perimeter but the paint and the boards belong to the Utes. The Bulldogs are 1-7-1 ATS their L9 non-Conference games while the Utes are 8-2 ATS their L10 overall. Take Utah. Thank you. |
03-19-16 | Indiana v. Kentucky -3.5 | 73-67 | Loss | -104 | 6 h 16 m | Show
Take Kentucky. This is my TEN DIMES PLAY. Game 530. 2:15 pm pst. Kentucky is striding at the right time. The matchups will be a nightmare for Indiana in size and athleticism while KY has more of a veteran roster as well. The Hoosiers are 1-7 ATS their L8 vs. the SEC while the Wildcats are 6-0 ATS their L6 overall. Take Kentucky. Thank you. |
03-19-16 | Yale v. Duke -6 | 64-71 | Win | 100 | 4 h 3 m | Show
Take Duke. This is my LVSM Game 520. 11:40 am pst. Yale, being in the Ivy League, just doesn't face the level of competition that Duke does every day. Coach K has more NCAA Tournament wins than any coach in history while Yale just won their first-ever Tourney game. The Blue Devils depth and post-season experience will be too much for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs are 2-5 ATS their L7 vs. the ACC while the Blue Devils are 6-1 ATS their L7 NCAA Tourney games. Take Duke. Thank you. |
03-17-16 | Providence v. USC +2.5 | 70-69 | Win | 100 | 10 h 9 m | Show
Take USC. This is my HR. Game 728. 6:50 pm pst. Providence standouts, Bentil and Dunn are arguably the best tandem going pro next year but So Cal catches them at the right time here. The Trojans own a ferocious (80.8 PPG) offense both down low and from the perimeter which is a problem for Providence as proven this campaign when going up against squads that do both. The Friars will get rattled here as they can not key on any offender, as USC possesses 6 DD scorers. Take The Trojans. Thank you. |

03-17-16 | Stony Brook v. Kentucky -13.5 | 57-85 | Win | 100 | 10 h 44 m | Show
Take Kentucky. This is my Ten Dimes play. Game 740. 6:40. Kentucky is rolling, winning and covering their L5. Stonybrook only stepped up in class twice this season (Vandy and ND), and got smoked both times. Coach Calipari isn't going to leave this game to chance. Take Kentucky. Thank you. |
03-17-16 | Wichita State +1.5 v. Arizona | 65-55 | Win | 100 | 10 h 54 m | Show
Take WSU. This is my LVSM Game 719. 6:20 pm pst. Arizona not only dropped in seeding, but also had to travel cross-country here and will get frustrated with the sr. backcourt of Baker and Van Vleet. The Wildcats have been over-valued, going 1-5 ATS their L6 NCAA Tourney games and also 1-5 ATS their L6 overall., while the Shockers are 8-3 ATS their L11 NCAA Tourney games and 17-6 ATS their L23 overall. WSU owns the #1 defense (59.0 P:PG allowed) in the nation and the combo of their height, strength, and depth will keep this one close. Take Wichita State. Thank you. |
03-17-16 | Chattanooga +11.5 v. Indiana | 74-99 | Loss | -108 | 7 h 10 m | Show
Take UT Chattanooga. This is my Tourney Shocker GOY. Game 737. 4:10 pm pst. Indiana is shaky and now must face a red-hot (5-0 SU L5) Chattanooga team that took down Georgia, Illinois, and Dayton this season. The Mocs have a slew of scorers but more importantly, possess 5 monster rebounders, which is where the Hoosiers are lacking. They are 1-5 ATS their L6 NCAA Tourney game. Take UT Chatt. Thank you. |
03-16-16 | Princeton v. Virginia Tech -3.5 | 81-86 | Win | 100 | 11 h 36 m | Show
Take Virginia Tech. This is my LVSM Game 630. 5:00 pm pst. Virginia Tech is happy to be in the post-season. The Hokies have a real shot at taking the NIT. This is a team that has won 6 of their L7 SU and all 7 ATS, beating such notables as FSU twice, Wake Forest, Pitt, and Miami twice. During the regular season, they also took down squads such as NC State, Virginia, Georgia Tech, and Clemson, while hanging in with the likes of Notre Dame and North Carolina. Princeton ain't no pushover but they don't play the strongest of competition, and still has only covered once in their L6 outings. They stepped up three times this year, facing St. Joe's, Maryland, and Miami, losing all three, by an average of 15.0 PPG. The Tigers are an accurate shooting team and can rebound however, Zach LeDay (15.1 PPG and 7.6 RPG) will take this game over as he leads a starting-5 all averaging DD's. The Hokies are 10-1 ATS their L11 at home and 16-5 ATS their L21 overall. The Tigers are 5-12 ATS their L17 non-Conference and 0-5 ATS their L5 following a SU win. Take Virginia Tech. Thank you. |
03-15-16 | Vanderbilt v. Wichita State -3 | 50-70 | Win | 100 | 8 h 49 m | Show
Take Wichita State. Game 546. 6:00 pm pst. Wichita State is rich with NCAA Tourney experience, making their 5th consecutive appearance. The Shockers started the season at 5-5, due to injuries, then won 19 of 21 before losing to NIU in the MVC semi's. Senior Guards, Van Vleet and Baker (26.2 PPG and 7.9 RPG combined) will control the tempo as the team has the depth at the Forward position to rotate players against the Commodores Center, Damian Jones. Remember that Vanderbilt ranks 293rd in TO margin, lacks depth, and must face the top-ranked (59.2 PPG allowed) defense in the nation. The Shockers are 4-0 ATS their L4 following a SU loss and 16-6 ATS their L22 overall. Take Wichita State. Thank you. |
03-15-16 | Akron +5 v. Ohio State | 63-72 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 22 m | Show
Take Akron. This is my NIT 1st RD GOY. Game 547. 4:00 pm pst. In-state rivals play each other tough this time of year. Akron won the MAC east regular season crown but lost to Buffalo for the 2nd consecutive year after winning 5 straight (4-1 ATS). Meanwhile, shorthanded OSU (Forward, Jae' Sean Tate is out-tied 2nd leading scorer and tied top rebounder) is 2-3 SU and 1-4 ATS since Tate's absence and will rely on their muscle but the strongest player best post-producer is Zips Center, Isaiah Johnson (13.5 PPG and 7.5 RPG) and lest not forget Akron is deadly from beyond the arc, hitting 38.9% (almost 12 treys per game). The Zips are 4-0 ATS their L4 vs. the Big Ten, 5-2 ATS their L7 non-Conference games, and 11-5 ATS their L16 overall. Take Akron. Thank you. |
03-13-16 | Memphis v. Connecticut -5 | 58-72 | Win | 100 | 3 h 43 m | Show
Take Connecticut. Game 988. 12:15 pm, pst. Connecticut is striding, with 3 convincing wins and covers over their L3 and really outplaying Cincy and Temple, who are some of college basketball's better teams. Memphis is mediocre at best. Remember, this is a team that owns a 10-10 Conference record this season. And let's face it, lose to the teams they should lose to. The Huskies play a frustrating defense and own the #1 FT shooting team in the nation. Take Connecticut. Thank you. |
03-12-16 | Georgia v. Kentucky -12 | 80-93 | Win | 100 | 5 h 43 m | Show
Take Kentucky. This is my Crusher. Game 728. 12:30 pm pst. Kentucky is peeking, as the Wildcats have now won and covered their L3 in top-form. Don't mistake Georgia's current run of 5 straight as anything more than scheduling. Kentucky thumped Georgia, 82-48 in their only meeting this season, and things won't turn out any different here as the 'Cats are far superior offensively. The Bulldogs just won't be able to keep pace. Take Kentucky. Thank you. |
03-12-16 | Connecticut v. Temple +2 | 77-62 | Loss | -110 | 4 h 22 m | Show
Take Temple. This is my Shocker GOM. Game 740. 12:00 pm pst. U Conn has overachieved and after a tough OT win against Cincy yesterday, they will be tired today. Temple has far too much depth here and can rotate off the bench to keep a fast pace in their favor. Obviously, the Owls own the better "D", but this game will get very physical which doesn't bode well for the Huskies as they are very poor from the line, a place where the Owls reign supreme, with the top FT shooting squad (78.4%) in the land. The Owls have won and covered the L4 in this series, including both meetings this season. Take temple. Thank you. |
03-12-16 | Old Dominion -2.5 v. Middle Tennessee | 53-55 | Loss | -110 | 4 h 48 m | Show
Take OD. Game 737. 11:30 am pst. Old Dominion is red-hot, winning 7 in a row SU and going 6-1 ATS. Traditionally, MTU has had the best of this series. However, the Monarchs own the 8th ranked defense in the nation, yielding just 62.0 PPG and have more depth on offense. Trey Freeman (22.4 PPG and 4.0 RPG) is the best player on court and he along with fellow Guard, Aaron Bucoti will control the tempo while the teams big men, control the boards. Take Old Dominion. Thank you. |
03-12-16 | Michigan v. Purdue -7 | 59-76 | Win | 101 | 2 h 29 m | Show
Take Purdue. This is my Big 10 Tourney GOY. Game 722. 10:00 am pst. Purdue is striding, as the team has won their L4 SU and 5 in a row ATS. The Boilermakers use an equal blend of inside dominance as well as accurate outside shooting. Michigan is just 3-4 their L7 SU and has failed top cover3 of their L4, and having played 4 tough games in a row, losing to both Wisconsin and Iowa, and then a 2-point OT win vs. Northwestern, and then yesterdays, last-second win over Indiana, the Wolverines won't have enough gas in the tank here. Purdue has the muscle to take the boards and the finesse to blow it up from downtown. Michigan is 1-6-1 ATS the L8 meetings in this series. Take Purdue. Thank you. |
03-11-16 | Davidson v. St Bonaventure -1 | 90-86 | Loss | -105 | 7 h 8 m | Show
Take St. Bonaventure. Game 536. 6:00 pm pst. St. Bonny's outclasses Davidson once again as they come in here sporting a 14-2 Conference record and an overall mark of 22-7. Davidson owns a doormat of a defense (304th nationally) and certainly won't be able to slow down Posley (19.3 PPG), Adams (18.2 PPG), and Wright (16.4 PPG). The Wildcats are 1-6 ATS their L7 neutral site games. Take St. Bonaventure. Thank you. |
03-11-16 | Tulane v. Houston -12 | 72-69 | Loss | -103 | 5 h 0 m | Show
Take Houston. Game 542. 4:00 pm pst. Houston has won and covered the L4 in this series, including both meetings this season, by an average of 15.1 PPG. Tulane has crushed bettors, covering just once over their L6 games, also going 1-5 SU. The Cougars are 6-1 ATS their L7 overall while the Green Wave is 2-9 ATS their L11 neutral site games. Take Houston. Thank you. |
03-11-16 | Alabama v. Kentucky -12 | 59-85 | Win | 100 | 5 h 45 m | Show
Take Kentucky. Game 550. 4:00 pm pst. Kentucky has blown out Alabama in both meetings this year, and now the Tide have to face a well-rested, Wildcats team. 'Bama is just 1-5 ATS their L6 and their 303rd ranked offense (67.1 PPG) can not contend with the Kentucky juggernaut (79.0 PPG), and let's not forget the mismatch on the boards. Take Kentucky. Thank you. |
03-11-16 | Bowling Green v. Akron -8.5 | 66-80 | Win | 100 | 4 h 60 m | Show
Take Akron. Game 574. 3:30 pm pst. Akron has dismantled Bowling Green, taking the L10 meetings, covering the L5, including both this year by an average of 25.0 PPG. The Zips are superior on both ends of the court with 8 players averaging 6.9 PPG or more and a wave of big, strong, rebounders. The Falcons are 3-10 ATS their L13 vs. MAC opponents while the Zips are 10-4 ATS their L14 vs. Conference foes. Take Akron. Thank you. |
03-11-16 | Tennessee +5.5 v. LSU | 75-84 | Loss | -115 | 1 h 22 m | Show
Take Tennessee. Game 547. 12:30 This game is being played in Nashville so you will see a ton of orange support. Tennessee upended Vanderbilt, 67-65 on Thursday, despite being without Kevin Punter. But not to worry, LSU is missing Keith Hornsby, who is Ben Simmons' set-up man. The Tigers have failed to cover 6 of their L8 and have been beaten by the Vols the L2 meetings with Tennessee covering 6 of the L7 in the rivalry. Take Tennessee. Thank you. |
03-10-16 | Creighton v. Seton Hall -1.5 | 73-81 | Win | 100 | 7 h 6 m | Show
Take SH. Game 732. Seton Hall has won 5 of their L6 and 9 of their L11 to finish their regular season, losing only to Butler. Creighton has hit a skid, dropping 4 of their L5 SU and will be shut down here facing the Pirates' 64th ranked defense (67.1 PPG allowed). Seton Hall is 11-3 ATS their L14 vs. the Big East and 19-7 ATS their L26 overall. Take the Pirates. Thank you. |
03-10-16 | Virginia Tech +9 v. Miami (Fla) | 82-88 | Win | 100 | 7 h 8 m | Show
Take V Tech. Game 723. The Hokies just beat the 'Canes, 77-62, last Saturday and now V Tech has won 6 in a row both SU and ATS while Miami-Fl has sat idle since. Miami just doesn't match up well here. Zach LeDay (15.2 PPG and 7.7 RPG) will run amok. The Hokies are 19-7 ATS their L26 vs. the ACC and 13-3 ATS their L16 overall. Take Virginia Tech. Thank you. |
03-10-16 | Iowa State +4.5 v. Oklahoma | 76-79 | Win | 100 | 7 h 54 m | Show
Take ISU. This is my LVSM. Game 747. ISU has Oklahoma's number, as the Cyclones have covered the L4 meetings, taking 3 outright. The Sooners come in here failing to cover their L3 and 7 of their L9 overall. Iowa State has too much weaponry with 6 DD scorers and 5 solid rebounders. Take the Cyclones. Thank you. |
03-10-16 | Northwestern +3.5 v. Michigan | 70-72 | Win | 100 | 1 h 15 m | Show
Take NW. This is my BIG 10 POD. Game 709. 9:00 am pst. Michigan has lost 4 of their L5 SU while NW has won and covered 3 straight and the backcourt of Demps and McIntosh have the edge over a Mich squad that is sorely missing LeVert. Take NW. Thank you. |
03-10-16 | Georgetown v. Villanova -10.5 | 67-81 | Win | 100 | 1 h 8 m | Show
Take Villanova. This is my EW. Game 726. 9:00 am pst. This is an ideal matchup for Villanova, who is well-rested and face a G'Town team they beat twice already this season. The Hoyas slumped down the stretch, dropping 9 of their final 10 regular season contests. Take the Wildcats. Thank you. |
03-10-16 | Richmond v. Fordham +5 | 70-55 | Loss | -102 | 1 h 2 m | Show
Take Fordham. This is my Inside Info play. Game 734. 9:00 am pst. Fordham has been thriving, winning and covering their L4 while Richmond has crushed bettors, failing to cover 5 of their L7. The Rams have revenge to motivate them here and not only that, but they own the better defense and is far superior on the boards, a place where the Spiders have been a doormat this season. Take Fordham. Thank you. |
03-09-16 | Arizona State v. Oregon State -2.5 | 66-75 | Win | 100 | 11 h 36 m | Show
Take OSU. Game 546. 8:30 pm pst. OSU gets their revenge here after losing both meetings to ASU in 2016, as the Sun Devils have dropped 5 of their L6 overall SU, going 2-4 ATS. The Beavers have won 6 of their L9 both SU and ATS and have Gary Payton jr. (15.9 PPG and 7.6 RPG) jockeying for NBA draft status. Take OSU. Thank you. |
03-09-16 | Florida State v. Virginia Tech +5 | 85-96 | Win | 100 | 9 h 22 m | Show
Take Virginia Tech. This is my HR. Game 526. 6:30 pm pst. Virginia Tech is rolling, as the Hokies have won and covered 5 straight. Zach LeDay is the best player on the court (15.2 PPG & 7.6 RPG) and giving the hot-handed, Hokies a few baskets is a mistake. Take Virginia Tech. Thank you. |
03-09-16 | TCU v. Texas Tech -7 | 67-62 | Loss | -106 | 9 h 44 m | Show
Take Texas Tech. This is my Annihilator. Game 538. 6:30 pm pst. Texas tech has won and covered both contests over TCU this season. The Horned Frogs last victory was more than a month ago as they have dropped 7 in a row. The healthy, Red raiders won't have a problem outscoring the 305th ranked Horned Frogs offense. Take Texas Tech. Thank you. |
03-09-16 | Georgia Tech +2 v. Clemson | 88-85 | Win | 100 | 6 h 29 m | Show
Take Georgia Tech. This is my LVSM. Game 533. 4:00 pm pst. Georgia Tech comes in here the hotter team, winning 5 of their 6 SU, and going 4-2 ATS and owns the far superior rebounding squad, which will be the difference. Take Georgia Tech. Thank you. |
03-09-16 | Air Force +11 v. UNLV | 102-108 | Win | 100 | 3 h 28 m | Show
Take AF. Game 549. 1:30 pm pst. Don't make a mistake of it, despite UNLV playing on their home court, the Rebels just shouldn't be laying DD's to anyone, failing to cover 7 of their L9 overall while the Falcons have been getting followers paid, covering 6 of their L9. Take AF. Thank you. |
03-09-16 | Stanford v. Washington -2.5 | 68-91 | Win | 100 | 3 h 31 m | Show
Take Washington. This is my Best Bet. Andrew Andrews and the steadily improving, Washington Huskies are sitting on the Big Dance bubble and need to make a splash here. Stanford lost the first meeting, and come in here losing and failing to cover their L2. They have no one to keep pace with or even slow down Andrews. Take Washington. Thank you. |
03-09-16 | NC State v. Duke -7.5 | 89-92 | Loss | -105 | 2 h 7 m | Show
Take Duke. Game 522. 11:30 am pst. Duke is one of college basketball's elite teams and coming off a loss to rival, North Carolina, the Blue Devils have something to prove here. Playing NC State is just what the doctor ordered as the Wolfpack is just 6-13 in Conference play and is truly overmatched here on both ends of the court. Take Duke. Thank you. |
